Lots of vegetarian recipes! Six types of lasagna (two vegetarian, one turkey), Sunburgers (sunflower seed burgers), Soyburgers.  But it's not all veg.  Stir-fried venison, duck, or goose, Deer Jerky, Crock-Pot Venison.  The Hasenpfeffer (rabbit) comes with a sweet "P.S. Hope you like it."  You don't get things like that in mass produced cook books!
